Ms. Hale is a 25 year commercial litigator with experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a myriad of civil disputes throughout the Southwest and on the East Coast.
Ms. Hale has successfully represented clients in commercial litigation in a wide array of business disputes, among them claims relating to breaches of contract, oil and gas litigation, securities and common law fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, deceptive trade practices, real property disputes, and partnership and fiduciary duty claims. She has tried cases to verdict throughout the State of Texas and pursued claims through the Texas appellate court system. She has participated as a key member of litigation teams on complex commercial cases that have obtained settlements for clients ranging from $3 million to $75 million. Ms. Hale has also represented employees in a variety of employment disputes with employers, including age discrimination claims, HIPPA violations, non-competition agreements and severance agreements.
Before joining Clouse Dunn Khoshbin, LLP, Ms. Hale was a litigation partner at Shank, Irwin, Conant, Lipshy & Casterline and Of Counsel to Conant French & Chaney LLP. She also served as Assistant University Counsel for Southern Methodist University and as an Associate Municipal Judge for the City of Dallas.
